+ What Areas does Kool Box Service? We primarily serve the Central Florida area with standard delivery rates. However, we’re happy to accommodate deliveries beyond this region—additional delivery fees may apply.
+ What Size is the Trailer? A Kool Box trailer is 7 x 14 ft
+ Can I Pick Up the Trailer Myself? For insurance reasons, we personally deliver and pick up all trailers. Most standard vehicle insurance policies don’t cover trailers while in tow, and many drivers may not have experience hauling them safely. Our service ensures secure transport and hassle-free setup for every rental.
+ When Will the Trailer be Delivered? deliveries are scheduled during regular business hours. Deliveries and emergencies outside of business hours or beyond our standard service area may incur additional fees.
